One of my favourite breakfast foods are eggs. I like mine over hard, scrambled, hard boiled, in an omlette … yes, I could go on! However you like yours cooked, eggs are full of protein, which helps give you energy.
Not only are eggs healthy and delicious, they’re spooky, too! Ok, not really. But they can be if you follow these steps!
*Ask an adult for help with this recipe.
- Ask an adult to hard boil some eggs.
- Let them cool, then peel off the shells.
- Using the tip of a skewer, cut out a ghostly looking face from the white part of the egg.
- Munch away on your creepy snack!
