It’s Kids’ Yoga Day! Did you know that yoga can help you feel more relaxed, flexible and energetic? It’s true! Yoga is an exercise that had its beginnings in ancient India. Anyone can do yoga in their living room–including you!
Try starting with a simple pose like the Easy Pose. All you have to do is sit with your legs crossed and your hands on your knees. Breathe in and out through your nose. This pose relaxes you and gets more oxygen into your lungs.
