Happy April Fool’s Day everyone!
Did you play any pranks this morning? I woke up too late to try any of the ones from OWL’s April DIY story (though I at least wanted to cover the tops of some shampoo bottles with cellophane…). I’ve been on the alert all day, though, ready to find out my clocks have been set back an hour or something. Come to think of it, maybe I can do that to Mandy or Susan right now…

P.S. One final note on April Fool’s pranks. It looks like we “punk’d” ourselves over here at OWL and forgot to print an answer in the April issue. In “Weird Zone,” we challenged you to spot the fake fact, but we didn’t remember to tell you which one was fake. The answer: “An Apple a Day.” There is no Gran E. Smith, and, even if there is, she doesn’t live in Winnipeg. Sorry about that!

Today I played two pranks.
I put a 32 on the calendar and I switched the cereal around.
HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!
My dad was going to pick me up after school on April Fool’s Day, and he always has a shower before he goes to town, so I put Cling Wrap over his shampoo bottle! He said that it was a really good prank and that it took him a long time to finally get some shampoo out of the bottle, and when he did, he dumped out nearly half the bottle! Also, I’m in French Immersion, and the two French Immersion classes switched classrooms, but then the teachers played a prank on us! We had the grade one teacher and she was talking to us like we were in grade one, then she gave us a “test” where it said a feeling, then we had to draw a face and color it properly. It was really fun!
On April Fools Day nobody was feeling too well but my bro kept saying I had something on my shirt!
On April Fool’s Day I put a whoopee cushion on the teacher’s chair!

The best prank I ever played was last year when I swiched my parents socks around. They were still find in the wrong socks days after that. I tried the cearel prank on my parents and it totally worked.
The best prank I ever played was when I was at a summer camp and we found this huge beetle so we put it in there shoes and in the morning we all heard screams
The best prank someone played on me was my brother pushed a sofa in front of my bedroom door until 3 o’clock in the night
