Best Friends Day!

Hi readers,

June 8th is Best Friends Day. Do you have a best friend? I don’t have just one best friend but I do have a few very special friends whom I love very, very, very, very, very, very much. They are so fun to hang out with! Do you know how to tell if you are a good friend or if someone is a good friend to you? Here are a few things I look for in my very special friends:

• When I am with them I feel good about myself and and I want to make them feel good too. 
• We like some of the same things but also show each other new things. 
• If I am hurt or sad, I know they will always try to help.
• Even when we want to do different things we try to compromise so that we both get to do a bit of what we want. 
• When we are together, we laugh … A LOT.
