Book Recommendation: Guinness World Records: Science & Stuff
I just love reading about world records and finding out all the cool stuff people can do all around the world. In Guinness World Records: Science Stuff, you can read about amazing world records, and learn how to do some pretty fun science experiments too.
I love the “Make & Break” pages hosted by Professor Burnaby Q Orbax and his lab assistant Sweet Pepper Klopek. In these pages, you get 10 experiments you can do at home. You can try the “Highest Egg Drop” or “Mentos & Soda Car”.
This book really has everything! I enjoyed reading about what makes Usain Bolt, the fastest man in the world, well, fast! I also read about the Sydney funnel-web, the world’s most venomous spider, and how to survive its dangerous bite.
You’ll learn so much by reading Guinness World Records: Science Stuff. The book just came out this month so you can look for it at your local bookstore or library.
Have you read it? If yes, let me know what you thought in the comments!
