“I read the book A Ticket Around the World. In the book, there’s a boy who has friends all over the world. He visits different places and has fun discovering the way people live in different countries.

I thought it was really cool. The pictures were really good. I liked when they threw colourful powder at each other to welcome spring in India, and when they celebrated New Years by dancing in dragon costumes in China.

The Great Barrier Reef was so colourful! It also looked cool when they swam by a volcano in Costa Rica, and visited animals on a safari in Botswana.

I think everyone should read this book because you can learn a lot about other places and there are great pictures.”
