Book Review: Little Chicken Duck

I just read a really great book called Little Chicken Duck by Tim Beiser and Bill Slavin.

Little Chicken Duck

One day, a duck named Ducky, meets a frog while hanging out at a pond. When Frog asks Ducky why he’s not swimming, Ducky tells Frog he’s too afraid. Frog introduces Ducky to some of his friends who’ve also been afraid of things in the past. Will Ducky be able to get in the pond after he hears how Frog’s friends overcame their fears? You’ll have to read this book to find out!

I like this book because it’s all about overcoming your fears. It can be scary to try new things, but as Frog teaches Ducky, it’s worth it to be brave sometimes.
