Butter is Better

Especially when it’s carved into the shape of a prize-winning pig!

On Thursday, I got the chance to go to the Royal Winter Agricultural Fair here in Toronto. One of the best parts? The butter sculptures. Artists from the Ontario College of Art & Design were each given a 25 kg (55 lb.) block of butter, and had only one day to create their masterpiece. If you ask me, they couldn’t have done a butter job!
