If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your family this Friday, try making this yummy and refreshing float!
You’ll Need:
Spoonful of vanilla yogurt
Spoonful of strawberry sorbet
Splash of sparkling water
Make it:
1) Add the yogurt and sorbet to a glass.
2) Fill the rest of the glass with a splash of sparkling water.
3) Stir until everything is mixed, then sip away!

National Sweater day is meant to support energy conservation and to help stop climate change. This woolly-cool tradition has been going on since 2010. Since then, over one million Canadians have participated in National Sweater Day.
Remember to get involved tomorrow by asking your family to turn down the heat and sport their coziest sweaters!
