The Paralympic Games are winding down. Who did you follow?
After several days of strong competition, Team Canada had an amazing time. Wheelchair racing gold medallist, Michelle Stilwell, set a new Paralympic Games record of 33.80 seconds. Have a look at the photo below to see Michelle in action!

There were also huge wins across the games for several super finalists.
If you missed the opening ceremony, you won’t want to miss the closing one on September 9th. The Festival of Flame closing show celebrates London and Paralympic beliefs. The ceremony will include a concert, a parade with athletes from all over world! After that, the Paralympic Flame will be put out.

The Paralympic Games are here! Are you ready to follow fellow Canadians and cheer them on?
If you missed the opening ceremony yesterday, there are lots of exciting events starting today. Some include Archery, Cycling Track, Equestrian, Goalball, Judo, Swimming and Table Tennis.
Keep an eye out for Canada’s own flag bearer Garett Hickling who also participates in Wheelchair Rugby. Other athletes to watch for include powerhouse swimmers, Benoit Huot and Valerie Grand-Maison, and sailing whiz, Paul Tingley.
