Hi Readers,
Do you know about Orange Shirt Day? Maybe you are wearing an orange shirt to school or daycare today! If not maybe you will wear one tomorrow!
September 30th marks the National Day For Truth and Reconciliation, also known as Orange Shirt Day.
This holiday recognizes the impact that residential schools had on Indigenous families and honours the healing journey of the survivors and their families. We wear orange shirts today to tell the world that we believe that EVERY CHILD MATTERS, every day, everywhere.
