It’s World Jellyfish Day!

Did you know today is World Jellyfish day? These sea creatures are cool to look at, but they’re also cool to learn about, too! Jellyfish live in oceans all over the world and there are over 10,000 different kinds. Check out even more cool facts below:

• Jellyfish have no bones, brains, heart or eyes! They use their tentacles to feel things and move through the water.
• Some jellyfish have bioluminescence. That means they can make their own light and glow in the dark!
• Jellyfish have existed for millions years, and were living before dinosaurs!
• Jellyfish poop and eat out of the same hole!
