China Report: Rice Terraces
Hi readers,
In the November issue of chickaDEE, Dr. Zed tells us how Chinese farmers plant in rows to save space. I got to see this first hand when I travelled to the Longsheng Rice Terrace, also called The Dragon’s Backbone.
The next day, I took a bamboo raft ride down the Li River to see Xing Ping, a sight that is pictured on Chinese money.
