Prevent a cold by doing a “fist bump” instead of shaking hands.
My tip for keeping colds away is to take my vitamins everyday.
We drink lots of water, wash our hands often, eat lots of veggies and wear warm socks, helps us stay healthy.
Saline nasal rinses are a great way to keep your nasal passages clear and moisturized without medications, helping to avoid getting a cold but also helps free up those sinuses so you can breathe if you do get sick.
To stay healthy I get a good sleep, eat lots of vegetables & dress extra warm.
Neti pot, gargling with salt water as soon as we feel a scratch and lots of ginger tea with a splash of lemon and honey.
My cold prevention tips are to take vitamins, eat healthy, and wash hands frequently.
I love this twist on a humidifier…my son would love the stars!
Eat lots of bright fruits & veggies, and not too many sweets to keep your immune system strong π

We keep colds away by disinfecting door knobs and other places that are often touched.
We use vitamin D as supplement especially in winter!
Stay inside or bundle up super warm.
