My name is Crystal and I am the proud mommy of a 3 year old as well as 6 week old twin boys! My and my son, Colton’s, absolute favorite lullaby is “Twinkle twinkle little star”. Ever since he was a newborn I would sing him to sleep with this song. He surprised me months ago when he started singing to me before bed, and then again once the babies were born as he sang it to them. It was adorable when he had changed the lyrics to “how YOU wonder what you are”…but he’s finally got it figured out and the babies love hearing it as well!
I have to go with “Rock a Bye Baby”
It is just so soothing!
My favourite is when my mom sings Love Me Forever!
Brahm’s Lullaby
Lullaby and good night,
With roses bedight,
With lilies bedecked
Is baby’s wee bed.
Lay thee down now and rest,
May thy slumber be blessed.
Our all time fave in our house is Hush Little Baby, my 3 yr old tries his hardest to remember all the lyrics (the chorus being his fave) while my 22month old hums along before bed every night ๐
We love to sing twinkle twinkle little star together, even more precious hearing my 3 old sing it to his baby sister
We love singing Frere Jacques together. I love hearing my almost 2 year old sing it with his 3 year old brother. When they get stuck on the words my older boys will jump in and start singing with them.
“Hush Little Baby” never fails to settle my darling girl.

“Twinkle, twinkle Little Star” is my 9 year old daughter Maria’ s favourite . She just learned to play it on the recorder now that she is in Grade 4. Thanks for the contest!
