Even More Fun With Music Videos
This YouTube clip just goes to show that you don’t need a lot of money to make a really cool music video. Check it out:

Wow! The band (they’re called +/-, by the way) is moving normally while the passers by are all moving at the speed of light.
Wonder how they did it? Well, if you watch it again you’ll see all the band members are wearing headphones. The headphones are playing the song at a really slow speed, and the band is lip synching and playing along with the slow version. Then they sped up the footage to match the real song, and that’s what we see.
Cool, huh? And DIY to the max!

First comment,WOOO! Hmmm…not AS good as the OK,Go on treadmills thing, but it was OK.And,Craig, what does DIY mean? Maybe…Dumb,Ignorant Yodelling?Haha LOL! Hey guys! I went to watch the movie,”The Tale of Deseperaux” yesterday. My favorite line was,”teacher:”He doodled THIS in his notebook”,’holds up picture of cat on notebook’,parents:”Gasp!” teacher:He named it Fluffy.” LOL.Well, the movie is basically about a rat named Ruscuro,a rat named Botticelli Remorso,a mouse named Deseperaux,a princess named Pea,and a servant girl named Miggery Sow.Desperaux gets sent to the dungeon for breaking mouse rules, one including talking to the princess pea.The king banishes soup and rats from the kingdom because Roscuro smelled the soup on Soup Day,so he went into the castle to try and eat some.He accidentally fell into the QUEENS soup, and she clutched her heart and died. Now this king was very sad after she had died. The rest is a mystery for YOU to find out.
Cool video! (It’s almost Christmas!!)
Oh, Emily thanks so much for saying ‘Content Noel’ to me in the end.
You posted a comment at 2:24 pm and I posted one at 2:42 pm cool!!
It’s weird – the last comment I posted said I posted it at 3:00 pm but I actually posted it at 12:00 pm! Maybe it’s Ontario time or something.
I am reading The Tale of Despreux! Have to wait till I fin. the book to watch the movie. Good so far. Ya what does DIY mean?
No clue 😛
Hi all. DIY stands for “do it yourself” â just like the section in OWL! Lots of videos are made with a huge, professional team, but this one seems like the band did it all by themselves. Very creative and pretty crafty. Don’t you think?
Ya but the tune wasnt that great
that person is a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad lip singer
OBTW does anyone have an account on poptropica?
Random thing but: We wish you a Merry Christmas, We wish you a Merry Christamas and a Happy New YEARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I figured that’s how they did it. To me, it was kind of obvious.
I’m reading “The Tale of Despereaux”, but I probably won’t see the movie. I don’t think it looks nearly as good as the book.
But, I will see “The City of Ember”. I read the book, it was awesome, and I think they did a good job in making it a movie.
Totally,Craig. I made DIY Play Doh! And,It`s 3 days til christmas! On the third day til christmas,Craig gave to me,the chrismas issue OWL mag-a-zeeen! SHOOP-DE-WOOP!
Wow, the tale of Desperaux book seems better than the movie.
