Tired of hot chocolate? Try this frosty winter smoothie instead!
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
- ice cubes
chia seeds, trail mix, or chocolate sprinkles (optional)
- Blend a banana, yogurt and ice cubes together and pour into a glass.
- Top with chocolate sprinkles, chia, or trail mix and enjoy!
- (Bonus: add whipped cream on top for an extra yummy treat.)
