Get Moving for World Health Day!

Hey readers,
It’s very important to stay healthy so your body can grow nice and strong. Eating your fruit and vegetables is a great first step, but it’s also important to move your body as much as possible!
Here are some fun ways to get your body moving!
- Hold a family race in your backyard or a park.
- Make up a new dance to your favourite song.
- Join a spots team.
- Copy some animal moves (for example, hop like a kangaroo!)
- Ask a parent to walk or bike to school with you instead of taking the bus or riding in a car.
