Today is Roald Dahl Day. Let’s celebrate with a recipe inspired by Roald Dahl’s famous book James and the Giant Peach.
- 3-5 ripe peaches
- Fruit juice (optional)
- Blender or fork and bowl
- Popsicle molds
How to Make:
- Blend the peaches or use a fork to mash them up in a bowl.
- Stir in a splash of fruit juice.
- Pour the peachy mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
