- Have an adult slice the potatoes thinly. Blot potatoes dry.
- Arrange sliced potatoes on a greased cookie sheet.
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Bake in a hot oven (425 degrees) for 8-12 minutes or until crispy.
