Hi, readers!
This week is world space week! This week is meant to celebrate two very important dates in space:
October 4, 1957: the launch of “Sputnik 1”, the first satellite to enter Earth’s orbit.
October 10, 1967: the day that a treaty was signed allowing space exploration to officially begin.
Celebrate World Space Week by checking out the night sky tonight!
