It’s Sea Otter Awareness Week!

Hi readers,

Today is the start of Sea Otter Awareness Week! This week celebrates these loveable and playful creatures who live in the North Pacific Ocean. It is important to remember that taking care of the environment means that we are also taking care of sea otters and where they live.

Did you know that sea otters float in groups called rafts while they eat and sleep? While they float together, they also hold hands! Awwww. Check out this unbelievably cute video of two otters holding hands at the Vancouver Aquarium and you’ll see what I mean.
