Today is World Heart Day. It’s a day to think about heart health. Did you know one of the best ways to keep your heart healthy is by staying active? Here are three tips to get moving for World Heart Day.
Do the activities you like to do. If you like riding your bike, then do that! Or if you like jumping rope, go for it!
Get your friends active!
Have your friends join in by playing a game together! Everything is more fun when you do it with friends.
Use any chance to be active!
You can make time for activity any time and anywhere! Whether it’s biking to school, or joining a parent when they walk the dog, any little bit of activity in the day is a good thing for you and your heart.
