It’s time for Mailbag #52! We receive lots of questions by snail mail and email. We love them, so keep ’em coming!

Q. How do I get my picture in OWL Magazine?

KC: OWL readers often get their pictures in the calendar or other sections of the magazine. Of course we can’t include all of our readers because we only have so much room, but we try our best to get as many of you involved as possible. Don’t forget, before we can publish your picture in the magazine, we need to get your parent or guardian’s permission. If you want to see your face on the OWL calendar, send your name, picture, and birthday to owlblog@owlkids.com.

 Q. What’s your favourite sport?

KC: Awesome question, Justin! My favourite sport to watch is football because I really like the strategy of the game. But my favourite athlete is basketball star Steve Nash. I love watching him on the court and really wish he would come play for the Toronto Raptors!

Q: What did you do before being OWL editor?

-hannah

KC: Thanks for your question, hannah! I worked in the broadcasting industry and I was involved with Family Channel and Disney Junior. Before that, I was an editor for a youth online and print magazine. That was really fun! I got to interview some really talented artists like Selena Gomez, These Kids Wear Crowns, and Justin Bieber. I’ve done some really amazing things at my past jobs but being OWL Editor is my favourite so far.
