Make Your Own Sun
Has it been rainy where you live? If April showers are keeping you inside, try making your own sun. Here’s how adults and kids can do this craft together:
- Cut out a circle from yellow construction paper.
- Have a grown-up trace a kid’s hand several times on colourful construction paper.
- Cut out the handprints and glue them around the circle, fingers pointing out, to make the sun’s rays.
- Draw a happy face on your sun and dream of sunny summer days soon to come.
Now go put on your sunglasses!
