Mummy Poem
Check out this poem from chickaDEE reader Koneenika, age 8. It’s fun and a little bit spooky–maybe you can tell it at your next summertime campfire!
Mummies in the Morning, by Koneenika
When you travel to Egypt,
I’m warning you one time and you have to face it:
The mummies rise
Before your eyes!
Cleopatra’s curse
Will make it worse,
Without any doubt!
WATCH OUT!

Thanks for sharing your poem, Koneenika! My favourite part is the illustration that goes with it. That is one silly-looking mummy!
