OWL Jan/Feb Issue!
We’re shooting for gold this month!
It’s everything Olympics for the OWL Jan/Feb issue. Why did I love putting this issue together? Here are three reasons:
1. In this edition of Weird Zone, we talk about the world’s largest Rock Paper Scissors tournament (I’m a big fan!). If that doesn’t impress, then surely you’ll enjoy reading about a karate-chopping skydiver.
2. I had the chance to interview some amazing athletes, including a sledge hockey player, and a bobsledder. You’ll have to check out the issue to find out who says he eats this for breakfast before a race: six egg whites, yogurt, cheese, tomato, and toast.
3. I love the Olympic Village scene illustrated by Clayton Hanmer! I found it kind of tough to figure out, but I still loved looking at the hustle and bustle of the scene.
Let us know how you like the Jan/Feb issue!
