Picture This: Pluto
In our Jan/Feb issue, we filled you in on some far-out facts about Pluto. One of the things scientists have recently learned about this dwarf planet is that it has a range of huge icy mountains.
Okay, so the mountains may not look huge in the photo above, but trust us (and science)—they are. Just how huge? Three times taller than Mount Everest!
And researchers say that these icy giants may still be in the process of growing.
