most things i enjoy, reading especially. and tv, and sometimes just a mug of tea and talking out what’s bothering me. but not usually writing or drawing because i can’t get creative when i’m sad for some reason.
What a great comment, Tardis! Talking it out is important, isn’t it? I guess that’s where friends and family come in handy. I also agree about tea! I really like a certain lemon ginger tea and I especially like reading the inspirational tea tag. Sometimes that cheers me up, oddly enough!
yeah it is good to talk about it! sometimes before i talk about it i read for like ten minutes and that makes me feel WAY better, sometimes it even takes all the sadness or anger away
When I am down, I like to read and listen to music.

I like drawing, too. I tried knitting once, as well. But I wasn’t very skilled at it!
