It has been weeks since we last had Reader Art of the Week, making it more like Reader Art of the Month-and-a-half (or “RAotM-a-a-h,” for short). But let me just say: we’re back with a bang. (Bang!)

These happy twins, of course, are the main characters from OWL’s awesome “Alex and Charlie” comic. After reading through our special March comic issue, Amy decided to send me her own manga-fied version of the characters. And to that I say, “Thanks!”

I think the best part is the clothes. Clothes are really hard to get just right.

I personally have trouble with the eyes. But you did an amazing job! You really balanced out the colors, seperating the true colors! The eyes are just, amazing. I am a manga artist myself, I think it`s great that more people have started getting into manga! BANZAI!
OMG! that drawing rocks! Amy, you are for sure a great artist. i always have trouble drawing noses. im really good at painting and drawing stuff, but not cartoons… i also love photography
P.S. Madeleine, no i am not obsessed with it, and i like the little mini dragons that are like green or something, in How to Train your Dragon, cause they’re cute and they breath fire. i forget what they’re called… do you know?
