RAotW #24

As of Wednesday night at 11:09 PM (Toronto time), fall has officially dawned on us. The leaves are changing colours, the air is getting colder… but the Reader Art of the Week is still hot off the presses! (How ’bout that transition, huh?)

This week’s art comes to us from blog reader Tia. Her photography has been featured on the OWL blog many times before (see here, here, and here) and this new shot measures up to her high standard. Check it out:

Cool. As some of you may know (and as I said in a mailbag way back when), the giraffe is my favourite animal. So you know I love this shot right away. But it’s also crisp and sharp — even from a pretty great distance away! Nice photog-ing, Tia! Thanks for sending in your art.
