Hi all. It’s been a few weeks so our last edition of Reader Art of the Week, which makes this post long overdue. But never fear… the art is here!

Cool, huh? In case you’re new to OWL, this is a picture of Alex, one of the title characters from the magazine’s über-popular “Alex and Charlie” comic. I love the attention to detail here — from the number “42” on Alex’s shirt to the fact that she’s holding her cat, Marvin — and I know Claude Bordeleau, the comic’s illustrator, would be very flattered.

Mikayla’s awesome drawing also got me wondering: who is everyone’s favourite “Alex and Charlie” character? (Click here to learn more about the characters.) Let me know in the poll below!
