Hey readers,
Do you like joining clubs? Do you like running? If you said “yes” to these questions, you may want to join the Kids’ Run Club! The Ontario Medical Association just started this program in Ontario schools to get students moving.
With the help of the Kids’ Run Club, school groups will run together up to three times each week. Then everyone gets to participate in a final, longer run when the program ends for the season.
Read on to find out what some students from Don Mills Middle School in Toronto had to say about the program.
“It feels great taking part in programs like this. I get to spend time with my friends and I enjoy being outdoors. I feel proud when I complete a run.” Luca
“It is so much fun running with my friends. Our run club gives me something different to do than watching TV or playing video games. I really enjoy being active.” Eric

Bye for now, readers.
