Sleep Tips
It’s almost back to school time! You probably know how important it is to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, and to finish all your homework the night before. Another thing that will help you have a great day at school is to get enough sleep.
Here are some super sleep tips to help you get the most out of your zzzzzz‘s!
- Eat dinner a little bit before bed time, if you can. It can be harder to fall asleep if your tummy is full.
- Turn off the TV and other electronic devices about an hour before bed time. This will tell your brain it’s almost time to shut off for the night.
- Try to get up at the same time every morning, even on weekends. This will help your body get used to a healthy schedule.
