Slime Time

In the October issue of Chirp magazine, we show you how to make alien slime using glue, contact solution, baby oil, and googly eyes! Here are some other fun slime recipes for you to try at home:

Stretchy Slime

• 2 bottles white glue
• 3/4 tsp Borax, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
• 1/2 cup water
• food colouring or paint (optional)
• glitter (optional)

Thick Slime

• 1/2 cup shampoo
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 3-4 drops food colouring or paint (optional)
• 6 tbsp water, stirred in slowly

Fluffy Slime

• 2/3 cup white glue
• food colouring or paint (optional)
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 – 3 cups shaving cream
• 1.5 tbsp contact lens solution
