Super Kid
Hi everyone,
We recently spoke to a Chirp reader, 5-year-old Kaiden, and his mom about a cool school project. For the 100th day of kindergarten, Kaiden and his classmates each brought in 100 of something to share. Some of his classmates brought in 100 seashells, 100 crayons or 100 blocks. Kaiden decided to help others with his 100 things. He collected more than 100 pieces of canned food for the local food bank!
Kaiden and his mom went door-to-door in his neighbourhood and called family and friends to donate food for families in need. After show-and-tell at school, they brought everything to the food bank in Kaiden’s home town. Way to go, Kaiden!
If you could collect 100 of something what would it be?
Talk to you later,
