Today is Batman Day!

Our beloved superhero started fighting crime in Gotham City 80 years ago when he made his first appearance in DC Comics in May 1939.

Here are a few ideas to celebrate this masked hero:

• Read all your Batman comics!
• Host a Batman-themed trivia night and see who knows our hero best.
• Grab your family and friends and watch as many Batman movies as you can.

Fun fact: Did you know that Melbourne, a city in Australia used to be called Batmania? It was named after the explorer John Batman. Woah!
