- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve with a hug and kiss!
