Spring is in the air! To put your greens thumbs to work, check out this fun craft!
What to do:
- Cut the top off the egg carton. Break the rough edges off each eggshell, leaving enough room for plants to sprout.
- Decorate the eggshells and carton with paint. Let them dry, then put the shells in the egg carton.
- Stuff cotton balls inside the bottom of each shell. Sprinkle seeds onto the cotton. Set the carton on a windowsill.
- Dribble a spoonful of water into each eggshell. Add a spoonful of water to each shell every other day. After a week, your plants should sprout and be ready to eat.
