Enter the Guinness World Records Day Contest!

Today, November 8, is Guinness World Records Day! It’s a big day for world record enthusiasts. More than 600,000 people worldwide will take part in Guinness World Records Day this year. It’s the 14th year of this annual celebration, which features fantastic record-breaking activities from around the world. This particular day was chosen because it commemorates the day in 2004 when Guinness World Records became the world’s bestselling annual book. To celebrate, we’re giving our readers a chance their very own copy of the Guinness World Records 2019 book!

Guinness World Records Day 2013

Hi readers!

Last Thursday was Guinness World Records Day. This year there were some very wacky records set!

Here are a few:

– three hundred and twenty-five people hold the world record for the largest gathering of people dressed as penguins

– New York City’s Scott Wiener won the record for largest collection of pizza boxes
