Today is the first day of October! Time to think about Halloween, right? Depending on where you live, COVID-19 may change your plans for Halloween this year. But now you can keep the Halloween spirit alive in your own neighbourhood—and help kids who need it! For many kids around the world, COVID-19 has changed their access to essentials that keep them safe and healthy: water, nutrition, education and health care.

UNICEF Canada has adapted their popular Halloween program to encourage kids to become Halloween Heroes! How? Dress up and walk your neighbourhood (while social distancing) with your family and sign up for the UNICEF Halloween Walk-a-thon!
