Inside Out Contest

Many OWL readers have told us how much they enjoyed the movie Inside Out.

So, it’s time to enter the Inside Out Contest!

About the movie: Riley is a happy 11-year-old girl who loves hockey. When she finds out that she is moving to San Francisco with her family because her dad found a new job there, she has to deal with her emotions – Anger, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Joy. Her mind is the Headquarters where all her emotions live. Joy and Sadness disappear which makes it hard for Riley to cope with her new life.  The emotions have to work together to guide her through her new city, new school, and new life.

Movie Review: Inside Out

Hi readers,

I had the chance to catch a screening of the new Pixar movie, Inside Out earlier this week.

Inside Out is the story of 11-year-old Riley. Riley has great friends, an awesome family, and is a star hockey player. But when her family moves to a new city, Riley has mixed feelings about it. Inside of Riley’s head are her emotions, Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust. They control how Riley feels, and sometimes they get a little out of control.

This movie is a big adventure with lots of laughs, but it also shows that it’s okay to be sad sometimes.
