Today is an enchanting and magical day! It’s none other than International Fairy Day!

If you’re looking for some magical ways to celebrate this lovely event, look no further than these activity ideas below!

1. Build a fairy garden. In a basket containing soil, plant your favourite herbs or flowers. Add some pebbles for a fairy walkway and colourful stones to make it extra enchanting!

5. Create a fairy door out of craft materials you have at home. Place it at the base of a tree so fairies can come and go from our world to theirs.

Did you know that today is International Fairy Day? Celebrate by reading your favourite fairy tails, have a picnic in the forest… or make this recipe for fairy bread! Fairy bread originates from Australia, where kids usually eat them at birthday parties.

Fairy Bread

To make this colourful snack, you’ll need:

• white bread
• butter
• rainbow sprinkles

What to do:

1. Spread butter on the white bread.
2. Shake on the sprinkles!
3. Eat over a plate to catch the sprinkles.
