It’s International Pancake Day!

Hey readers,

Today is International Pancake Day, so here’s a fun and easy pancake recipe you can make at home in a blender! Remember to get an adult’s help when cooking.

You’ll need:

• 1 banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• Chopped fruit and syrup

What to do:

• Add the banana, egg, flour and baking powder into a blender. Mix for 20 seconds.
• Pour in some batter (around 1/4 cup) onto a heated frying pan. Cook the pancake on medium heat for a minute or two on each side. Repeat this step until all of your pancakes are cooked!
• Decorate your pancakes with chopped fruit and syrup. You can arrange your fruit to make a face, a pattern or anything you’d like on your plate!
