Remembrance Day
Some OWL readers have told me about special Remembrance Day activities at their schools.
Today at the office, we are wearing our poppies and we will acknowledge two minutes of silence.

Hi Readers,
Today is Remembrance Day.
On this special day, Canadians remember the soldiers who fought for our freedom.
You may notice many people wearing poppies. These red flowers are meant to symbolize the people we lost in war.
Here at the chickaDEE offices, we’ll be taking a minute at 11:00 am to think about these brave soldiers and what they did for our country.
Remember to take time today to think about these soldiers and what Remembrance Day means to you.
