Easy Craft: Handprint Fall Tree

Hey readers,

Leap into fall, with this easy and fun Handprint Fall Tree Craft!

You’ll need:

• Paper
• Paintbrushes
• Acrylic paint in your favorite colours
• Yourself!

What to do:

1. Dip your hand into the paint and stamp onto paper to create the branches.
2. Paint the rest of the trunk.
3. Dip your fingers into different colours and stamp onto the page to create the leaves.
4. Wait for the paint to dry and then display your masterpiece!

Start your engines, it’s time to paint with this easy Monster Truck painting craft!

You can find the craft here as well.

You’ll need:

• Canvases
• Any type of truck or car where the wheels make a cool pattern
• Acrylic paint in your favorite colours!

What to do:

1. Dip the wheels of the truck into the paint.
2. Drive the trucks across the canvas to create a pattern.
3. Wait for the paint to dry and then display your masterpiece!

Recipe: Frozen Banana Cereal Pops

Hey readers,

Cool down this weekend by making a tasty and healthy treat!

You can find the recipe here as well.

You’ll need:

• 3/4 cup of strawberry yogurt
• 2 cups of your favourite cereal (Fruit Loops would probably work best!)
• 4 medium bananas, peeled and cut in half
• 8 Popsicle sticks
• Baking sheet lined with parchment paper

What to do:

1. Make sure you have an adult to help you!
2. Put the yogurt and cereal in two different bowls.
3. Stick the Popsicle sticks into the bananas where they’ve been cut in half.
4. Dip the bananas in yogurt first and then into the cereal. Make sure they’re fully coated!
5. Transfer onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.

Recipe: Apple and Peanut Butter Stackers

Hey readers,

Create this tasty and healthy treat this weekend!

You can find the recipe here as well.

You’ll need:

• 2 medium apples
• 1/3 cup of chunky peanut butter
• Optional: any other favourite spread, granola, semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, or mini M&Ms

What to do:

1. Make sure you have an adult to help you!
2. Core each apple and cut into six slices.
3. Spread the peanut butter over the slices.
4. Sprinkle with M&M’s or chocolate chips.
5. Put the remaining slices on top like a sandwich.
