In the 2018 summer issue of chickaDEE, we sent you off on a fun scavenger hunt with a list of photos to try to find this summer.

Diya sent in these two photos of something blue (the water) and a bug (a beautiful yellow butterfly).

Dev sent in these three photos of clouds, rocks and a bird (geese and their baby gosling).

Spring Scavenger Hunt!

Hey readers,

Did you know that today is the first day of spring? I really like winter, but I’m ready to welcome back spring and all of the colourful flowers, cool animals and insects that I’ve been missing.

One of my favourite things to do during the beginning of spring is to head out for a walk and see what’s happening in nature.

Go on your own nature walk and check off the items below as you see them!

– bird nest
– puddle
– tree leaf
– the sun
– squirrel
– cherry blossom tree
– tulips
– green grass
– bug
– pine cone

chickaDEE’s Puzzle Search at the Toronto Zoo
