Happy Watermelon Day!

August 3rd is Watermelon Day! Celebrate with this recipe for a yummy watermelon slushie:

You’ll need:

• frozen watermelon cubes
• 10 ice cubes
• lemon wedge
• maple syrup
• blender
• glass

1. Blend the watermelon cubes and ice.
2. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon wedge.
3. Add a big spoonful of pure maple syrup.
4. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy on a hot summer day!
