Überstix Contest Reminder
I know there are some artists and writers out there. But do we have any aspiring architects among the OWL blog crowd? If so, there’s no time to waste! Put on your thinking cap and flip to the back cover of the September issue of OWL.
Once there, you’ll find an announcement for the Überstix Build It! Construction Contest. (You can also find it here at the Owlkids Contests page.) The rules are simple: use recyclable materials you’d fine around the house to create your dream building or machine, and send a picture of it to us. You could win some awesome Überstix sets!

ok this is the thing I do not like about that uberstix add in the mag… ALL THE PPL MAKEING THE TOWERS ARE GUYS! this sends the wrong ideas to girls, because girls can be achitecst too!
Ooooo…Uber-awesome!!! Of course, I’m definetely not Bob the Builder (my hero!!!), I tried to make a bird house a while ago and quit because the lue wouldn’t dry fast enough.

Uberstix are plastic, fun,and building the CN tower is a pain in the neck only if you try to build the tallest one! | |
