When I click on the snowman game, a popup opens with a start button on it. But when I click on the start button, the whole popup disappears. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the snowman game. There should not be a pop-up with a start button. When you go to http://www.knowledgeadventure.com/games/snowman-skiing/
the start button should be right there on the screen, not in a pop-up. It seems to work fine with Firefox, but maybe your browser is opening a pop-up that should not be there? Try some other games on the site to see if they work – there are lots of great ones. http://www.knowledgeadventure.com/games
